In collaboration with the Director of the institution :

- Active participation to the project "Creation of protected apartments" in 2010 and in 2019-2020, location Vevey (Switzerland)

- Established the Organisation of Healthcare support at the Home for elderly in 2015.

- Defined the values and the accompanying processes for palliative care.  

Personal projects:

2.  Defined and put into place the quality policies for stationary care and for care at the Home for elderly.

- In 2012, definition of an interdisciplinary workframe, inspired on care philosophy and leading the project.

- In 2012, put into place actions on evaluations and improvements within these processes.

- In 2015, brought the systematic help process to the entire Care-team on management issues.

- In 2015, evaluation of the quality level furnished by the professionals including the perception of our internal customers.

- In 2018, high performance care respecting the quality criterias recommended by CIVES.

- In 2020, installed the management of hospital hygiene: additional measures and standard precautions - prevent and control infections

- In 2021, creation of KPI's and following them with recommendations.

- In 2023, evaluations of the professional practices in order to improve the motivation and the performance.

Evaluation of professional practices and securisation of the care processes (administration of medicines, patient file mgmt, risk mgmt, etc.) with the logistic teams (waste, laundry, etc.) and also with the administrative teams in order to fulfill the CIVES criterias.
